Welcome to The Fourth Wall. By engaging our services, commissioning a brand strategy, website development, content package, or automation system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The Fourth Wall provides strategy, branding, website engineering, marketing content creation, and AI workflow automations. Every project scope, deliverable schedule, and fee estimate is documented in an approved proposal prior to commencement.
A deposit (typically 50%) is required prior to project kickoff. Final deliverables and live website handoffs are released upon full receipt of the remaining balance.
Timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and asset submissions. Standard scopes include 2-3 rounds of iterative revisions. Major scope changes outside the proposal will be estimated separately.
Upon final payment, full ownership rights of final custom design assets and website code are transferred to the client. The Fourth Wall retains the right to display completed work in our online portfolio and case studies.
We respect client confidentiality. We do not disclose proprietary client business information to third parties without prior authorization.
The Fourth Wall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website downtime, third-party software updates, or client-managed content changes.
